Through a rigorous selection process, 13 Executive Assistants recruited for implementing and advancing the IoE goals (Over 2000 applications were received of which around 400 were shortlisted for a written test. Those qualifying the written test appeared for a GD and interview and 13 were finally selected.

Accomplishment of IoE goals is being treated as a project with specific activities and goals. A web based portal has been developed to monitor the progress towards these goals. The portal is internal and can be accessed internally.
